The Sports Medicine Department of Condell Medical Center provides comprehensive services to area schools and communities of Lake County.
Staffed by licensed certified athletic trainers and a physical therapist, the sports medicine department provides athletic training services to the following schools:
- Carmel High School
- College of Lake County
- Grant High School
- Grayslake Community High School
- Libertyville High School
- Mundelein High School
- Round Lake High School
- Vernon Hills High School
- Trinity International University

Condell Sports Medicine also provides clinical rehabilitation and therapeutic programs, as well as specializes in orthopedic and sports injury rehabilitation.
Sports injury consultants are provided at no charge to Centre Club members and non-members alike. You may also meet with a licensed, certified athletic trainer and discuss your injury and approaches to rehabilitation.
